Cindy with pink hat is owner, and Bambi with baseball hat is assistant. This business is chock full of love, dedication to the product and the customers, what with the special care taken to create each loaf, roll, cookie, all of their products. They have a special fermenting system they showed me in fact, they are closed mon through Wed to complete the process. You can select the bread that speaks to you yourself from the racks. But be warned, if you go after 3 pm, you may not have your pick of all their loafs. They do offer door dash and call ahead to save you a loaf, also they freeze a number of their products that can defrosted with instructions given before you leave. My personal fav is the very similar to challah bread that is braided, easy for pulling and dipping. Cindy will all the people here at this business are so welcoming. I love going in it's becoming part of my weekend ritual.

$20 for a loaf of sourdough bread. I love to support local businesses. This place also has chocolate milk that they make with cacao powder and carry preserves and other items to go on your bread. They also slice the bread for you and put it in a ziploc bag so you can easily open and close. Super friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t give them 5 stars because of the price. The bread is on the lighter side for sourdough. The micro bakery I buy from cost $12 and weights twice as much.

Fantastic passion project bakery. Randall and Cyndie created an incredible community business that delivers above and beyond. Whatever you think is 5 star will level up once you visit. This isn't sourdough, this is art. It's like calling the Mona Lisa a painting.

I am so happy I found this hidden gem while walking around on Magnolia Blvd. I was in the area for an event but arrived early so I decided to just walk around and see what shops were here. I stopped in front of this small stop and looked at their window display and saw that they were #1 for bread in Burbank according to Yelp so I knew I had to try it. When I walked inside, there was already 1 other guest in the store and she been there before. She was telling me about their bread and how she's going to travel soon so she wanted to take the bread with her. Patrick was the person helping me and he let me try their 3 different bread sample. It was sourdough, gingerbread and I forgot the last one but I went simple and got the sourdough. Patrick also told me the proper way to store the bread and how to cut it to maintain the freshness. I'm very happy to find this small store and will gladly come back again.

I am the happiest gal right now. I’ve finally found a clean ingredient, gluten-neutral artisan bread! The amount of detail and care this place has for their products is honorable and appreciated so much. I’ve been gluten free for over a decade now and I’ve missed being able to eat sandwiches like this one. I also purchased their seasonal Maple Butter spread for a sweet and savory sandwich 😋
